Mail Transport Jam

• Piece of mail is

too thick.

• Feeder adjustment

is set too high.

• Pieces of mail are

the incorrect size

for the mailing

system.

Problem Possible Cause Solution

If mail is jammed at the

feeder entry:

1. Lift cover.

2. Lift up the upper drive

release lever to raise the

upper drive assembly.

3. Remove the piece of mail.
