4 • Using the W660/W680 with Your Computer

Use the Heavy Media option when the job consists of stuffed or

thick envelopes, newsletters, or multi-page catalogs. Selecting

this option decreases printer throughput, as the heavier media

feeds 25% slower than regular weight envelopes. Also, more

torque is applied to the motor, which ultimately prolongs

the motor's life.

Use the Inverted Printing option to do the following:

• print of the left side of an oversized envelope

• when the printer head cannot reach the far end of an

oversized envelope (larger than 9 1/4"). Note that

envelopes must be fed flap first into the printer to have

the addresses line up properly.

When the Auto Eject option is checked, the last piece of media in

a stack automatically ejects itself from the printer.

When the "About" button is clicked, a window displays and

indicates the Pitney Bowes W660/W680 Printer Driver version

and copyright information.
